Do you accept insurance?
Currently, Eyeboss does not directly accept insurance as a form of payment during checkout.
When do you charge my credit card?
At Eyeboss, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Once you complete the checkout process and your payment is authorized, the total amount will be charged to your card. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your payment is processed.
If for any reason your payment cannot be processed, you will be notified immediately during checkout, and your order will not be completed until a valid payment method is provided.

Can you accept eye/vision insurance?
At this time, Eyeboss does not directly accept eye or vision insurance as a form of payment during checkout. However, you may still be able to use your insurance benefits to cover the cost of your eyewear in the following ways:
- Out-of-Network Reimbursement: Many vision insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network purchases. After placing your order with Eyeboss, you can submit your receipt and claim form to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider for specific details on how to file a claim.
- Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA): If you have an FSA or HSA, you can often use these funds to purchase prescription eyewear from Eyeboss. Simply use your FSA or HSA card at checkout, or submit your receipt for reimbursement.

Can I get a discount if I don't want the free gifts?

If my coupon in my order was not used, what should I do?
